

A Bit About Me
I work with a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical concerns, including anxiety, depression, low mood, stress life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and other mental health challenges I welcome individuals of all races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations. I am in the fields of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), First Responder Health – Occupational Awareness, Eye Movementensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Virtual-Counseling.
I draw these therapeutic modalities based on my clients’ presenting concerns, goals, needs. My undergraduate degrees are in Education from the University of Calgary, and I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Gonzaga University. My career has always centered around helping professions, including teaching, Community Living, Acquired Injury, and eight years as a Child & Youth Mental Health Clinician.
